What a long day. With the vendor show, H at baseball and the fact that it's Friday...I'm wiped out. But while I was outside today, I made sure to capture a monumental event. The lovely blooms pictured here are cherry blossoms. Beautiful, little pinkish white flowers that bless us with their presence once a year for a week or two. Unfortunately, the fight between winter and spring has not allowed the trees to bloom in four years. I was just complaining to Dad last week that I'd only seen them bloom once since we'd planted them. I was lucky enough to catch a little bee on them too. Stay tuned, you're likely to see at least one more post when the trees are in full bloom. I just can't resist!
