As a photographer, I record memories for a living. I spend countless hours chasing that picture, that smile, that moment...for other families. Sadly, I've found myself forgetting to capture our memories. This blog is my way of reminding myself (and others) that days and years go by quickly. Here's my attempt to not miss a moment of it!

100 Days
Yippee! Today is the 100th blog entry this year.
It also happens to be the first beautiful day of the year. Temperatures above 80 degrees, no rain, no winds and plenty of sunshine. It was the perfect day. A day that you don't mind working in the yard, making the outside look like spring has arrived. We spent the day picking up piles of branches the winter winds brought down, mowing, trimming, clearing and cleaning. The patio furniture is back out, the yard looks amazing, the fire pit is starting to die out and my nose is a little pink. All of that followed by the first grill out of the year. There is no better way to end the day than with burgers and hot dogs, grilled to perfection.
I can't think of a better way to celebrate the 100th day of the year!
