As a photographer, I record memories for a living. I spend countless hours chasing that picture, that smile, that moment...for other families. Sadly, I've found myself forgetting to capture our memories. This blog is my way of reminding myself (and others) that days and years go by quickly. Here's my attempt to not miss a moment of it!

Billions of Butterflies
It's our last day at camp. Thankfully, we've been having so much fun and the weather has been so nice that we decided to stay an extra day. The butterflies must have been excited that we were staying too. There were swarms of them around our tent and site this morning. Such a beautiful way to wake up. The yellow ones were a little (or a lot) too quick for me. But the black ones hung around for a while and were nice and relaxed...until I got too close.
