Hope and a prayer.

All I'm asking is that you keep your fingers crossed.   We're waiting for the sellers to sign it....but if all works as planned, we've found our new home!  So please say a prayer, send good thoughts our way, do what ever you can...but lets hope that we sell this place and secure our next dream home!
