Really, it's March?

An extra weekend day, the perfect midweek surprise.  Jeff decided to work from home today and manage the "burn pile" while he was at it.  An 80 degree day in March is something you MUST take advantage of.  We were pretty sure we wouldn't get it all done, but heck, making a dent in yard work is a good thing.  Who knew that we had so much to burn?  

Even Toccoa got in on the fun.  She had a ball, especially watching Jeff work.  Same for me!

As dusk settled in, here's the end result.  The boys were thrilled to come home to see it gone.  Not bad for a day of sitting outside, enjoying the warm air, getting a little sun, smelling like a campfire and laughing with Jeff.  And only two more days until Saturday...when we get to do it again.

PS...Happy Birthday Uncle Charlie!  Hope you had a wonderful time on your "big" day!
