As a photographer, I record memories for a living. I spend countless hours chasing that picture, that smile, that moment...for other families. Sadly, I've found myself forgetting to capture our memories. This blog is my way of reminding myself (and others) that days and years go by quickly. Here's my attempt to not miss a moment of it!

Sucess with Honor.
Today, all college football fans are in mourning.
Joe Paterno was the winningest coach in college football. His teams won 409 football games, attended 37 bowl games and two national championships. According to ESPN, more than 250 of his players went on to play in the NFL. I haven't known a football season in my lifetime that didn't include JoePa. Nor has anyone who has watched the game for the last 46 seasons.
Unfortunately, his legacy will most likely be the scandal that was unveiled during his last 10 weeks of life. Do I agree with the choices he made? No. But any man that can coach, develop and mentor teenage boys for 46 years can't be half bad (maybe half crazy, though!). My heart is heavy tonight for a university that has already been through so much.
Rest in Peace, Joe.
