Do you have one of those decorations that you can't wait to put out every year? I love the trees, the outdoor decorations, the lights...all of it. But my favorite is the stuffed Santa. I'm not sure where I got him, not sure how long he's been in the family, but I know that he's the kids favorite Christmas decoration we have. They love him, abuse him, torture him but it wouldn't be Christmas time without him. So here you go, the "before" and "after" picture of today.
