Four years ago, the Ballard Family was blessed with a child that will change the world. Ok, maybe she won't change the whole world, but she's certainly changed ours. In her four short years, she's brought so much joy to everyone in the family.....I can't remember what life was like without her. It's impossible not to fall in love with her the minute you meet her.
